Epson Disc Producer PP100NII is an automated disk production system that combines CD/DVD/BD duplication and printing in one. It is designed for those who need to produce professionally burned and printed boards in small to medium volumes in an efficient and reliable way. High productivity and capacity

• Capable of automatically burning and printing up to 100 sheets in a single production run – ideal for batch production.
• Burning speeds: – Up to 30 CDs/hour (600 MB) – Up to 15 DVDs/hour (3.8 GB) – Up to 8.5 Blu-ray Discs/hour (23.8 GB)
• Print speed: Up to 65 discs/hour in fast mode and 45 discs/hour in quality mode when only labels/label printing is done.

Automation and reliability

• The system is fully automated with a patented AcuGrip® robotic arm that picks up one wafer at a time, allowing production to be minimally monitored.

Print quality

• Printing on the surface of the disk is done with Epson’s Micro Piezo technology for sharp, detailed graphics and text.
